Chambal River Front, KOTA (URBAN IMPROVEMENT TRUST) is not liable for any losses owing to a change in tickets.

The tourist hereby warrants and declares he / she including any accompanying children and / or babies in arms does not suffer from any of major illness or ailments. The carrier shall not be responsible for any consequences of whatsoever nature resulting from pre-carriage illness / ailments that may manifest during the course of carriage. The passenger undertakes to indemnity and hold the carrier harmless, any Management is not and all such consequences

The (URBAN IMPROVEMENT TRUST) shall have no liabilities whatever for any injury of illness arising or resulting from any cause not attributable to any act, neglect, default on the part of the staff.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Please make sure the details are correct before booking your ticket. Correction of ‘Name’ is not permitted on the ticket once booked

Tickets are non-transferable and non-reusable.

Tickets are valid only on the date of Tourism.

Tickets for infants below 5 yrs of age are non-chargeable. Additional charges will apply for additional services. Only Infants below 2 years of age will be allowed to carry milk and food.

Liquors and Cigarettes are not permissible inside the park in any area.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

No cancellation is possible once a Ticket is issued.

BOARDING RULES

Passengers are not allowed to carry sharp articles like nail cutters, knives, explosives, inflammable goods, etc. in their handbags.

Consumption of alcohol and smoking are not permitted by law.

Free Baggage Allowance is 3Kg only as registered hand Baggage.

Pets and animals not allowed inside the park.

CHECK-IN RULES

Report at the entry point 115 min. before entry.

A hard copy of the ticket or soft copy is mandatory during check-in All Passengers.

Passengers should carry a PHOTO IDENTITY CARD at the time of Check-In.

Use of narcotics on board is strictly prohibited as per URBAN IMPROVEMNT TRUST guidelines.

Food Item for Infant below 2 years is allowed.

Check-in counter closes - 8:30 PM on all days.

The users also agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure they are in possession of all the valid documents such as identity proof, Govt. ID Proof, etc. to enjoy the monuments and tourism sports. User agrees that Chambal River Front Kota (URBAN DEVELOPMENT TRUST) shall, in no way be held liable, in case of the tourist’s inability to enter the tourism spot for not carrying valid documents.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Extra copy of the ticket print out will be charged Rs 50/- if taken from the Chambal River Front Kota (URBAN IMPROVEMNT TRUST) offices.

LIABILITIES

Passengers will be responsible for their own belongings. Chambal River Front KOTA (URBAN IMPROVEMNT TRUST) is not liable for any loss or damage caused to their belongings while inside the spot.

Chambal River Front KOTA (URBAN IMPROVEMNT TRUST) reserves the right to cancel or change the ticket date and time for any official reason, in any manner or to any extent. We shall bear no liability for any loss that passengers may suffer or any consequences thereof or in respect to any changes in schedule due to bad weather or technical reasons. In this case, passengers can either claim refund.

By booking a ticket with Chambal River Front KOTA (URBAN IMPROVEMNT TRUST) , the passenger, hereby confirms their acceptance of all the terms of service put forward by Chambal River Front KOTA (URBAN IMPROVEMNT TRUST) against the use of their services by users.
